Annual Celebration

Hanuman Jayanti

An annual spring celebration bringing all generations together — puja, bhajans, children’s programming, prasad, and a shared feast grounded in the 8 values of Hanumanji.

Our annual celebration

Strength Serves.
Devotion Unites.

Hanuman Jayanti is Asha Circle’s annual spring celebration — a gathering of all generations for puja, bhajans, children’s programming, prasad, and a shared feast. It is where the eight values of Hanumanji come alive in our community.

In 2025, our founding Hanuman Jayanti was hosted at New Indo-Canadian Centre ↗. In 2026, we were honoured to celebrate at Sangam Mandir ↗ — made possible through community donations and the generosity of our sponsors.

Strength Serves. Devotion Unites.
Service Sustains Community. Jai Hanuman.

Hanuman Jayanti 2025 — Where It All Began

On April 12, 2025, Asha Circle held its very first gathering at New Indo-Canadian Centre ↗. This founding Hanuman Jayanti celebration planted the seed of our organization. Hanumanji’s eight teachings became the spiritual and operational foundation of everything Asha Circle would become.

The values that guide us

Eight teachings of Hanumanji

From the Hanuman Chalisa — the spiritual foundation of everything Asha Circle builds.

01
Humility Before Strength

Cleaning our mind before beginning. We listen, learn, and respect our teachers and community.

02
Strength Serves Wisdom

Great strength supports good judgment and protects others. Power without wisdom can harm.

03
Devotion Means Action

Being eager to do what is right. We show up, we help, we serve with heart.

04
Purpose Creates Courage

When we keep good values in our heart, we find courage to overcome fear and challenges.

05
Think, Then Act

Know when to be gentle, when to be strong. Think with wisdom, then act with clarity.

06
Serve, Even Imperfectly

Do your best to help even if it’s not perfect. Action matters more than perfection.

07
Ability Serves Others

All ability exists to serve, not the self. Use your gifts to uplift others.

08
Live the Values

Be remembered by how we live each day. Small acts, daily, build a legacy. Jai Hanuman.
